The Robot Phoenix Mantis 570-A3 is a compact 6-axis industrial robot designed for light-duty applications that demand multi-axis articulation in confined spaces. With a 570 mm operating radius and a 3 kg maximum payload, it is suitable for delicate and precise operations such as part handling, fine assembly, or spraying tasks in electronics, medical, and daily chemical industries. The robot offers a high repeatability of ±0.02 mm, enabling reliable accuracy in operations that involve small or fragile components. Each joint on the Mantis 570-A3 is optimized for responsive movement, with the end-effector joint (A6) capable of rotating up to 780°/s, supporting fast tool orientation changes. The robot also features 12 signal lines and 4 integrated pneumatic air tubes (5 bar) at the wrist, allowing flexible integration of grippers, dispensers, or welders without external cabling.
