The Robot Phoenix Mantis 1000-A7 is a 6-axis industrial robot designed for tasks requiring high flexibility and precise articulation across complex motion paths. With an operating radius of 1000 mm and a 7 kg payload capacity, it supports a wide range of operations such as assembly, welding, and material handling. Its ±0.02 mm repeatability ensures precise end-effector placement, making it suitable for use in precision-driven sectors like electronics, medical device manufacturing, and automotive assembly.
Each joint in the Mantis 1000-A7 is optimized for speed and range, with the A6 joint (end-effector rotation) reaching a maximum speed of 765°/s. This enables fast wrist articulation and orientation changes during tasks like spray coating or screwdriving.
