The Robot Phoenix Mantis 1000-A7 is a 6-axis industrial robot designed for tasks requiring high flexibility and precise articulation across complex motion paths. With an operating radius of 1000 mm and a 7 kg payload capacity, it supports a wide range of operations such as assembly, welding, and material handling. Its ±0.02 mm repeatability ensures precise end-effector placement, making it suitable for use in precision-driven sectors like electronics, medical device manufacturing, and automotive assembly. Each joint in the Mantis 1000-A7 is optimized for speed and range, with the A6 joint (end-effector rotation) reaching a maximum speed of 765°/s. This enables fast wrist articulation and orientation changes during tasks like spray coating or screwdriving. The robot also integrates 12 control signals and four air tubes (5 bar) at the wrist, allowing for flexible end-tooling configurations such as grippers, welders, or sprayers—all without the need for external routing hardware. Its design allows for both table and ceiling mounting, offering installation flexibility in vertically constrained or space-optimized cells. With an IP54 protection rating and a compact 250 mm × 250 mm base, the Mantis 1000-A7 is engineered for semi-clean environments and supports applications involving light mechanical assembly, automated loading/unloading, and stack/unstack routines in new energy and daily chemical production lines.
