Robotphoenix LLC Mobile Robots Latent Mobile Robot

Description
The Robot Phoenix Latent Mobile Robot, part of the Camel-series Ground AGV line, is designed for automated material transport within structured indoor environments. It supports payload capacities of 600 kg, 1000 kg, and 1500 kg, making it suitable for medium to heavy-duty logistics tasks. The vehicle uses a differential drive system and integrates multiple navigation technologies—includi ng laser SLAM, QR code tracking, odometry, and inertial sensors—to achieve accurate, autonomous navigation with a positioning precision of ±10 mm and angle accuracy of ±1°. With a top speed of 1.5 m/s under load (up to 2 m/s when unloaded) and a jacking height of 60 mm via an electric lift, the AGV is engineered for fast-paced, flexible material handling. The robot features a front-facing laser for obstacle avoidance with a 250° opening angle, optional 3D vision systems, and rear ultrasonic sensors for added safety. The onboard lithium iron phosphate battery (ranging from 24Ah to 45Ah at 48V depending on the model) offers up to 8 hours of runtime under rated conditions and can be recharged fully in under 1.5 hours. The AGV's low-profile chassis (as low as 250 mm in height) with a double-section floating suspension allows it to operate smoothly over minor floor inconsistencies, provided the floor is hard, dry, and free from oil or metal debris. It is ideal for factories and warehouses needing coordinated material flow, as multiple units can operate simultaneously to form dynamic, on-demand assembly or transport lines. A touch screen interface, integrated safety features (emergency stop, alarms, contact sensors), and Wi-Fi connectivity (2.4G/5G dual-band) round out its adaptability for smart manufacturing environments.
