The ISL89167FRTAZ is a high-speed, dual-channel MOSFET driver with 6A output current, designed for synchronous rectifier and switch-mode power supply applications. It comes in an 8-lead 3x3 TDFN package with an exposed thermal pad for improved heat dissipation. The device features programmable rising edge delays via external resistors on the RDTA and RDTB pins, with a specified delay range of 0k to 20k ohms. It operates with a 4.5V to 16V supply voltage, has hysteretic input thresholds for 3.3V CMOS, 5V CMOS, and TTL compatibility, and provides 20ns rise and fall times driving a 10nF load.
