The ISL6610IBZ is a dual synchronous rectified MOSFET driver designed for high-efficiency voltage regulators in multiphase buck converter topologies. It is housed in a 14-lead SOIC package and operates from a 5V single supply. Each driver delivers a typical 4A sink current for the lower gate and supports fast rise and fall times under a 3nF load. The device includes adaptive shoot-through protection, an integrated low forward drop bootstrap diode, and a high-impedance input for compatibility with Intersil multiphase PWM controllers. It is rated for operation from -40°C to +85°C and is RoHS compliant with Pb-free plus anneal termination. The ISL6610IBZ is pin-to-pin compatible with the ISL6614 and is intended for core voltage supplies in microprocessor applications.
