The ISL6610CRZ-T is a dual synchronous rectified MOSFET driver designed for high-efficiency voltage regulation in multiphase buck converters. It comes in a 16-lead 4x4 mm QFN package with an exposed thermal pad that must be soldered to ground for proper thermal performance. The device operates from a 5V supply, features adaptive shoot-through protection, a low forward voltage internal bootstrap diode, and delivers 4A sink current capability for the lower gate driver.
