The ISL6610ACBZ is a dual synchronous rectified MOSFET driver optimized for high-efficiency voltage regulators in synchronous buck converter topologies. It is packaged in a 14-lead SOIC format and operates from a single 5V supply, driving two independent power channels with adaptive shoot-through protection. Each driver supports a 3nF load with rise and fall times under 10ns, and features a 4A typical sink current for the lower gate driver. The device includes an integrated bootstrap diode, power-on reset, and a tri-state PWM input compatible with Intersil multiphase PWM controllers.
