The ISL6594ACR is a dual MOSFET driver designed for synchronous buck converters, driving upper and lower N-Channel MOSFETs in core voltage regulator applications for microprocessors. It is packaged in a 10-lead 3x3 mm dual flat no-lead (DFN) format with an exposed bottom copper pad for enhanced thermal performance. The device supports adjustable gate drive voltages from 5V to 12V, features adaptive zero shoot-through protection, and operates at switching frequencies up to 2MHz. It includes pre-POR overvoltage protection, VCC undervoltage lockout, and a three-state PWM input for output stage shutdown. The part is RoHS compliant and meets the ambient temperature range of 0°C to +85°C.
