The DRV8880 is a bipolar stepper motor driver with a 2.0 A full-scale output current capability, designed for industrial applications including 3D printers, factory automation, and office equipment. It is available in a 28-pin WQFN package with an exposed thermal pad, measuring 5.50 mm × 3.50 mm. The device operates from a 6.5 V to 45 V supply voltage and supports microstepping resolutions up to 1/16 step via a STEP/DIR interface.
