Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL6563CR-TK

The ISL6563 is a two-phase multiphase buck PWM controller with integrated MOSFET drivers designed for precision voltage regulation of advanced microprocessors. It is available in a 24-lead 4mm × 4mm QFN package compliant to JEDEC PUB95 MO-220. The device supports programmable VID codes for Intel VRM9, VRM10, and AMD Hammer microprocessors with ±1% system accuracy over temperature. It features integrated current sensing via rDS(ON), programmable droop, overcurrent and multi-tiered overvoltage protection, and start-up into a pre-charged output. The controller operates with a switching frequency of 189 to 255 kHz per channel and complies with RoHS standards. The ISL6563CR-TK is part of the ISL6563 series, which includes variants with commercial temperature range (0°C to 70°C) and Pb-free options.
