The ISL6205CB is a high-voltage, high-frequency dual N-Channel MOSFET driver for synchronous rectified buck converters in mobile computing applications. It is packaged in an 8-lead SOIC (M8.15) measuring 4.80 to 5.00 mm by 3.80 to 4.00 mm. It operates with a supply voltage range of 5V to 12V, drives the lower MOSFET at 5V or 12V, and the upper MOSFET at 5V. The driver supports switching frequencies up to 2MHz, with a 30ns propagation delay and 50ns transition time for a 3000pF load. It includes adaptive shoot-through protection, a three-state PWM input for output shutdown, and supply under-voltage protection. The device meets ESD ratings of 4kV Human Body Model and 200V Machine Model, and is rated for operation from -10°C to 85°C ambient temperature. It is qualified to MIL-STD-883 Method 3015.7 and EIAJ ED-4701 Method C-111.
