Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL6146DFUZ

The ISL6146DFUZ is an OR-ing MOSFET controller designed to replace diodes in high-current power distribution systems, operating with input voltages from 1V to 20V using an external N-channel MOSFET. It features a fully integrated charge pump to drive the gate, fast reverse current fault isolation with up to 6A turn-off current, and a transient protection rating to +24V. It comes in an 8-lead MSOP package with dimensions of 3.0mm x 3.0mm and includes an open-drain FAULT output for fault indication. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and meets RoHS compliance with a Pb-free termination finish. Unlike its variants, it does not report non-conduction faults via the FAULT pin.
