The HIP4082 is an 80V, 1.25A peak current H-bridge N-channel MOSFET driver IC designed for PWM motor control and UPS applications. It is available in 16-lead plastic SOIC (N) and PDIP packages, with a maximum operating junction temperature of +150°C. The device supports bootstrap supply voltages up to 95V DC, drives a 1000pF load with typical rise and fall times of 15ns, and provides user-programmable dead times from 0.1 to 4.5μs via an external resistor. It includes shoot-through and undervoltage protection, operates with 5V to 15V logic inputs, and is RoHS compliant. The IC independently drives four N-channel MOSFETs in half-bridge or full-bridge configurations and is qualified for operation from -55°C to +125°C.
