Texas Instruments LM5101AMR/NOPB

The LM5101AMR/NOPB is a high-voltage, high-side and low-side gate driver designed to drive both N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. It is packaged in the SO PowerPAD-8 format with a body size of 3.90 mm × 4.89 mm and features a 3-A peak output current, TTL-level input thresholds, and an integrated high-voltage bootstrap diode. The device supports bootstrap supply voltages up to 118 V and includes under-voltage lockout on both high- and low-side power rails. Propagation delays are typically 25 ns with 3 ns matching between channels, and rise and fall times are 8 ns when driving a 1000-pF load. It operates with a supply voltage range of 9 V to 14 V and is rated for a junction temperature of -40°C to 125°C. The package includse an exposed thermal pad connected to VSS for improved heat dissipation.
