Our sheeter control yields optimal cut accuracy, throughput, and energy savings with paper and board applications. Sheeter systems utilize Unico’s AC variable-speed drives developed for complex, performance-oriented applications. Both AC flux vector and DC PWM versions are available. The drive’s digital-signal-proce ssor (DSP) based controller incorporates software that has been engineered specifically for constant-velocity and cyclic sheeters. There are two modes in which our sheeter drive operates, either cut-to-length or cut-to-mark mode.
