Rectron Semiconductor Inc. MOSFET RM2302

The RM2302 is an N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET in a SOT-23 package, designed for battery protection and load switching applications. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 20 V, continuous drain current of 4 A, and a maximum power dissipation of 1 W. The on-state resistance is 30 mΩ at 4.5 V gate voltage and 59 mΩ at 2.5 V gate voltage. The device operates with gate-source voltages up to ±12 V and has a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The SOT-23 package measures 2.80 to 3.00 mm in length, 1.20 to 1.40 mm in width, and 0.90 to 1.15 mm in height. It is halogen-free and lead-free, with a gate charge of 4.0 to 10 nC at 10 V drain-source voltage. The product meets RoHS compliance and is certified for surface mount applications on FR4 PCBs under specified thermal conditions.
