Q2-Z thin wall heat shrink tubing is a flame-retardant, environmentally friendly tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, used for insulation, strain relief, and wire harnessing in electronics and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. It meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, carries UL File No. E236137 and CSA File No. 242540, and is rated for 600V and VW-1 flammability. The material contains no PBBs, PBBOs, or PBBEs, with cadmium under 5 ppm and lead under 10 ppm. It is RoHS compliant. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. The tubing has a 1.0 mm inside diameter as supplied, contracting to 0.50 mm after recovery. It is supplied in 50-foot lengths.
