Our 1722 series features the 3-prong, Down Angle, North American NEMA 6-20P Plug with the Right Angle IEC-60320-C13 Connector. These Heavy Duty Power Cords feature plugs and/or connectors that are rated for high voltage and high current use, and are most often on large gauge wire. They can be used with heavy machinery as well as networking equipment (PDUs, Servers, UPSs ?) These High Voltage, High Current power cords are the recommended cords used for entertainment, networking, laboratory, and industrial equipment using the IEC-60320-C14 inlet. The plug end inserts only into the NEMA 6-20R style wall outlet or receptacle. This down angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief.
