Our 0478 series features the standard, domestic, 3-prong, North American Plug (NEMA 5-15P) with a 2-splitter (Y-Cord) that has the IEC-60320-C5 Connector and the NEMA 5-15R Receptacle. These multi-leg North American power cords are recommended for powering networking or computing equipment. The IEC-60320-C5 Connector is ideal for grounded (3-conductor) laptops, notebooks, stereos, game consoles, electric razors, and many more devices which use the IEC-60320-C6 inlet. The NEMA 5-15R Receptacle connects to any pieces of equipment or devices that use the NEMA 5-15P plug. The plug end of this Multi-Leg Y Cord connects to any standard NEMA wall outlet or 5-15R receptacle, and these are considered space-savers because they provide power to 2 devices while only using 1 outlet.
