The 0338 series power cords feature the Hospital Grade, Green Dot, Right Angle NEMA 5-15P Grey plug and an ROJ (Removed Outer Jacket). These Hospital Grade power cords are ideal for powering your custom equipment. This power cord will plug into the Hospital Grade Green Dot 5-15R wall outlet or NEMA 5-15R receptacle on one end and will hard-wire into your equipment on the other end. Quail's Hospital Grade power cords receive special approval from UL which is based on high quality construction and peak performance. The Green Dot marking on the face of the plug indicates the cord has been tested and is ready for use in a hospital environment. This down angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief. The definition of a down angle plug is that when facing the outlet with the plug installed ground-pin-down, the cord trails down and away from the wall socket. An ROJ, or Removed Outer Jacket, is the result of stripping the exterior jacket from the power cord and exposing the conductors for the purpose of hard-wiring the cord into an appliance or device.
