Our 0165 series features an ROJ with the IEC-60320-C19 Connector. These Heavy Duty Power Cords feature plugs and/or connectors that are rated for high voltage and high current use, and are most often on large gauge wire. They can be used with heavy machinery as well as networking equipment (PDUs, Servers, UPSs ?) Referred to as Universal Power Cords, these cables have the unique distinction of being tri-rated since they carry the UL, C-UL and VDE approvals. That means these cords are approved for use in domestic North American markets and for use internationally. Quail Electronics is proud to be the only producer of truly universal power cords. These Universal Jumper Cords feature an ROJ which hard-wires into your power source and then connects to a cabinet or rack-mounted server using the IEC-60320-C19 Connector . The 0165 series of power cords are available in varied lengths, allowing you to clear space for airflow, maintain an unobstructed exhaust port, and increase the life and operational capacity of your equipment. These IEC power cords are recommended for PDUs, servers, and UPSs. The supply end hard-wires directly into your device, while the female end connects to any device or appliance that has an IEC-60320-C20 inlet. An ROJ, or Removed Outer Jacket, is the result of stripping the exterior jacket from the power cord and exposing the conductors for the purpose of hard-wiring the cord into your equipment. Our standard ROJ includes the removal of 2 inches (51mm) of jacket and of 1/4 inch (6mm) of conductor insulation. The 0165.098 carries the UL, C-UL, and VDE approvals and is rated at 16A - 250V.
