Qorvo 5 V, 1.2 A PWM Step-Down DC/DC Converter ACT8310

Qorvo's ACT8310 is a current-mode, fixed-frequency PWM, synchronous step-down DC/DC converter that is capable of delivering 1.2 A with efficiency of up to 95%. This device operates with a fixed frequency of 1.35 MHz, minimizing noise in sensitive equipment as well as optimizing both efficiency and component size and cost. This device features a very low-resistance power MOSFET and 100% duty cycle operation, making it an ideal choice for portable applications requiring a 3.0 V or 3.3 V rail to be generated from a Li+ battery. ACT8310 is capable of supplying up to 1.2 A of output current. It also has adjustable output voltages that are programmable down to 1.2 V. Contact Qorvo for custom fixed output voltage availability.
