The ACT5102QI102-T is a 23V buck-boost converter with four integrated MOSFETs for wide input and output voltage regulation. It operates from 3.9V to 23V input and provides output from 3V to 23V, set via an external resistor divider. The device features a 100mA programmable LDO with 2V to 5.1V output, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and built-in ADC for monitoring input/output voltage, current, and temperature. It supports programmable switching frequencies from 125kHz to 1MHz and operates in a thermally enhanced 32-lead, 4mm × 4mm QFN package with an exposed pad for thermal dissipation.
