The PE42426A-Z is an UltraCMOS® SPDT RF switch designed for operation in the frequency range of 5 to 6000 MHz. It features low insertion loss of 0.3 dB at 2000 MHz and high isolation performance, making it suitable for various general switching applications, including land mobile radio (LMR). The device exhibits excellent linearity and harmonics performance, with a 2nd order harmonic of –121 dBc and a 3rd order harmonic of –135 dBc at 900 MHz.
Manufactured using Peregrine's UltraCMOS technology, the PE42426A-Z combines the performance characteristics of GaAs with the cost-effectiveness and integration capabilities of conventional CMOS. It is housed in a compact 12-lead QFN package measuring 3 x 3 x 0.75 mm. The device also offers robust ESD protection rated at 3 kV HBM and is immune to latch-up, enhancing its reliability in various applications.
