The Proceco TYPHOON® MD is suitable for cleaning small workpieces such as screw-machine parts, fasteners, small die castings and stampings. The rotary drum tumbles the workpieces so that all surfaces are exposed to the spray-cleaning jets.
The washer is completely automatic and the operator loads the parts into a chute on the entrance end of the drum, with the cleaned parts being automatically discharged at the opposite end.
The modular design system allows for the addition of optional cleaning, rinsing and drying stages for specific requirements.
