Proceco Typhoon® PC parts washer models are designed for aqueous cleaning and degreasing of compact to medium-size workpieces. Larger parts are placed directly on the cabinet-mounted turntable (non-retractable) while small parts are batch loaded in baskets to be process. This industrial front-load parts washer combines pressure, heat and aqueous cleaning solution to clean and degrease your parts within minutes. PC washers also feature a large solution-tank volume, which reduces the likelihood of foaming due to reduced agitation by pumping action and helps to settle contamination. The PC requires limited floor space and is ideally suited to lean manufacturing cells or maintenance and repair center.
The Typhoon® PC turntable spray washer is available in a single or multi-stage configuration including recirculated wash and rinse stage. Many design features such as low-maintenance pumps, digital temperature controllers, and cycle timers are standard on Proceco turntable parts washers. The PC cabinet washers can be easily customized by adding needed features selected from a variety of pre-engineered options.
