The 107-1-C-12/3D is a single-pole double-throw reed relay in the Mini-SIL® Series 107, designed for high-quality instrumentation applications. It features a 12 V coil with a resistance of 1000 Ω, and switch contacts rated for 0.25 A at 3 W. The relay is encapsulated in a mu-metal can, providing high insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² Ω and low contact capacitance. It is available in a through-hole package with a 0.2 inch (5.08 mm) pitch, and operates within a temperature range of -20 °C to +85 °C. The device includes soldering compatibility up to 270 °C for 10 seconds and is fully sealed for washability. Life expectancy is rated up to 2×10⁷ operations at maximum resistive load.
