The 102M-1-A-5/2D is a subminiature coaxial reed relay with a 1 Form A contact, 5 V coil, and internal diode, housed in a mu-metal Single-In-Line package with six pins for PCB mounting. It switches up to 20 W at 200 V with a maximum switching current of 1 A and contact resistance of 0.15 Ω. Insulation resistance exceeds 10¹² Ω, and switch capacitance is 0.1 pF. The relay supports RF applications up to 1.5 GHz with low insertion loss and excellent VSWR. Operating temperature ranges from -20 °C to +85 °C, with a storage range of -35 °C to +100 °C. Shock and vibration resistance are rated at 50 g and 20 g respectively. Soldering temperature max is 270 °C for 10 seconds. Coil resistance is 375 Ω, with a must-operate voltage of 3.75 V and must-release voltage of 0.5 V at 25 °C.
