The 100-1-C-5/3D is a single-in-line (SIL) reed relay with a 1 Form C (changeover) contact configuration and a 5 V nominal coil voltage, designed for direct drive from low-current CMOS or NMOS logic. It features a plastic encapsulated package with internal mu-metal magnetic screening, a coil resistance of 3300 Ω, and a switching current rating of 0.25 A at up to 3 W. The device supports dry switch contacts with an insulation resistance greater than 10¹² Ω, a typical contact capacitance of 3 pF across the open switch, and thermal EMF of approximately 1 μV. Operating temperature range is from -20 °C to +85 °C. The relay is suitable for instrumentation and data acquisition applications requiring low thermal EMF and low power consumption.
