The PTRD series is a 40 A general-purpose PCB relay with a T90 footprint, designed for resistive and motor loads up to 2 HP at 250 VAC. It features a 1 Form C (SPDT) contact configuration, AgCdO contacts, and Class F insulation. The design meets UL 508 and UL 873 spacing with pin 6 omitted and is RoHS compliant. The relay has a 0.6 W coil operating at 5 VDC and is available in sealed and open-frame versions. Maximum switching voltage is 300 VAC and 110 VDC. Mechanical life is 1 × 10^7 operations; electrical life is 5 × 10^4 operations at 40 A. Dielectric strength is 1,500 V between contacts and 2,500 V between contacts and coil.
