The PTRD series is a 40 A general-purpose PCB relay with a T90 footprint, available in SPST-NO, SPDT-NC, or SPDT contact forms. It features AgCdO or AgSnO2In2O3 contacts, RoHS compliance, and Class F insulation. The relay supports a maximum switching voltage of 300 VAC and 110 VDC, with a dielectric strength of 2,500 VAC between contacts and coil, and 4,000 VAC for the -H variant. Coil power options include 0.6 W, 0.9 W, and 1.1 W. The -1 option omits pin 6 to meet UL 508 and UL 873 spacing requirements. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 100°C, with storage from -55°C to 125°C. The relay has a mechanical life of 1 × 10⁷ operations and an electrical life of 5 × 10⁴ operations at 40 A resistive load. Weight is 30 grams. Gold-plated contacts are available as an option.
