The PTRD series is a 40 Amp power PCB relay with a T90 footprint, designed for general-purpose switching applications. It offers SPST-NO (1 Form A) contact configuration with AgCdO or AgSnO2In2O3 contact materials and supports coil voltages including 48 VDC. The XH variant includes a 4 kV dielectric isolation rating and is RoHS compliant. The 0.6 W coil option is available, with a must-operate voltage of 36 VDC and a must-release voltage of 4.8 VDC. The relay features open-frame construction, solderability to 260°C for 5 seconds, and operates from -55°C to 100°C. It meets UL 508 and UL 873 spacing standards with Pin 6 omitted, and has a dielectric strength of 4,000 V between contacts and coil. Maximum switching capacity is 40 A at 240 VAC and 10,000 VA. Mechanical life is rated at 1 x 10^7 operations.
