The PTRD series is a 40 A general purpose PCB relay with a T90 footprint, designed for resistive and motor loads up to 2 HP at 250 VAC and switching voltages up to 300 VAC or 110 VDC. It features AgCdO or AgSnO contacts, Class F insulation, and RoHS compliance. The PTRD-1A-12-XHG variant includes a 12 VDC coil, 0.9 W power consumption, a 4 kV dielectric isolation option (-H), and gold-plated AgCdO+Au contacts. The relay has open-frame construction, operates from -55°C to 100°C, and meets UL 508 and UL 873 spacing requirements with pin 6 omitted. Terminal strength is 10 N, and it supports solderability per 260°C for 5 seconds. Mechanical life is 1 × 10^7 operations; electrical life is 5 × 10^4 operations at 40 A resistive load. Contact resistance is 50 mΩ maximum at 1 A, 6 VDC.
