The PC796 series is an automotive plug-in or PCB maxi ISO relay with a SPDT (1 Form C) contact configuration, rated for 80 A continuous current at 14 VDC and 40 A at 24 VDC resistive loads, with a maximum switching voltage of 75 VDC. It features AgSnO2 contact material, a 2.3 W coil power consumption, and operates at 12 VDC coil voltage with a reverse diode for suppression. The relay is sealed and uses PCB pin termination. Dimensions are 28.90 mm × 28.60 mm × 17.90 mm, and it operates from -40°C to 125°C with a storage range up to 155°C. It meets mechanical endurance of 1 × 10⁷ operations and electrical endurance of 1 × 10⁵ operations. Compatible with socket SC795.
