The PC792A is an automotive plug-in/PCB mini ISO relay with a 40 A continuous current rating and SPST-NO (1A) contact form, designed for high-load switching in vehicle systems. It features a C3 mounting version with a weatherproof case and metal bracket, a 24 VDC coil operating at 1.9 W, a built-in 1N4005 diode, and tin-plated terminals. The relay is sealed for environmental protection and meets an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C with a storage range to 155°C. Contact resistance is 30 mΩ max, insulation resistance is 100 MΩ min, and dielectric strength is 750 Vrms between coil and contacts. Mechanical life is 1 × 10⁷ operations and electrical life is 1 × 10⁵ operations at rated load. Dimensions are 26.00 mm × 26.00 mm × 17.90 mm with quick-connect or PCB terminations.
