The PC782 is an automotive plug-in micro relay for PCB mounting, available in 1A and 1C contact forms with a sealed enclosure and resistor for coil suppression. It measures 26.0 mm × 23.0 mm × 15.5 mm and operates from -40°C to 125°C. The 48VDC coil version draws 1.5 W, with a pick-up voltage of 33.6 VDC and release voltage of 4.8 VDC. Contact ratings are 30A at 14VDC and 15A at 28VDC for the normally open contact, and 25A at 14VDC and 10A at 28VDC for the normally closed contact. Maximum switching voltage is 48 VDC, and switching power is 350 W. Contacts are AgSnO₂ with initial resistance of 50 mΩ max. The relay meets mechanical life of 1 × 10⁷ operations and electrical life of 1 × 10⁵ operations.
