The PC782 is an automotive plug-in micro relay designed for PCB or quick-connect mounting, available in 1A (SPST NO) and 1C (SPDT) contact forms. This variant supports a 48VDC coil with 1.2W power consumption, features a resistor across the coil, and is flux-tight sealed. It operates from -40°C to 125°C with a maximum switching voltage of 48VDC and contact rating of 35A at 14VDC resistive load. Initial contact resistance is 50 mΩ max., and it meets mechanical life of 1×10⁷ operations and electrical life of 1×10⁵ operations. Dimensions are 26.00 mm × 23.00 mm × 15.50 mm with PC or QC terminals. Contacts are AgSnO₂. Rated insulation resistance is 100 MΩ at 500 VDC and dielectric strength is 1000 Vrms between coil and contacts. Solderability is 260°C for 5 seconds.
