The PC415 series is a 10-amp subminiature PCB power relay with a "sugar cube" footprint and sealed, immersion-cleanable construction. It offers 1 Form A, 1 Form B, or 1 Form C contact configurations and meets Class B or Class F insulation standards. The relay has a resistive load rating of 10 A at 120 VAC and 28 VDC, 7 A at 240 VAC, and 5 A at 277 VAC, with a maximum switching current of 20 A. It operates at less than 10 ms and releases in less than 5 ms, with a contact resistance of 100 milliohms max. The 48 VDC coil variant requires 33.6 VDC to operate and releases at 4.8 VDC, with a coil power of 800 mW. It is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and rated for operation from -55 °C to 85 °C. The part is surface-mountable via PCB pins and weighs 9.5 grams.
