The PC415 series is a 10 Amp subminiature PCB power relay with a "Sugar Cube" footprint, available in 1 Form A, 1 Form B, or 1 Form C contact configurations. It is sealed, immersion cleanable, and RoHS compliant with AgCdO or optional AgSnO or AgCdO + gold plating contact materials. The relay operates at 48 VDC coil voltage with a 450 mW coil sensitivity (Class F insulation), has a maximum switching power of 2500 VA, and supports up to 20 A switching current. It offers an operate time under 10 ms and a release time under 5 ms, with an operating temperature range of -55 to 85 °C. The dielectric strength is 1500 Vrms between coil and contacts and 750 Vrms between open contacts. The part is surface mountable with PCB pins and weighs 9.5 grams.
