The PC118 is a miniature 4-pole general-purpose relay with 4 Form C contacts, available with a 24VAC coil, gold-plated contacts, a push-to-test button, and RoHS compliance. It switches up to 5A at 220VAC or 5A at 28VDC, with a maximum switching voltage of 277VAC and 48VDC. Coil power is 1.2VA, operate and release times are 25ms each. Dielectric strength is 1500V rms between coil and contacts, 1000V rms between poles or open contacts. Contact material is AgCdO with initial resistance under 50mΩ. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C. The relay weighs approximately 37g and supports PCB pin or solder lug termination. Mechanical life is 1×10⁷ operations; electrical life is 1×10⁵ under rated load. It is compatible with the SC118 socket.
