The PS10 flush-mounted captive panel screw is a 300 series stainless steel fastener with an M4 x 0.7 metric thread, designed for flush installation in sheets up to HRB 80 hardness. It has a nominal screw length of 8.38 mm, a thread engagement length of 6.30 mm, a head height of 1.91 mm, and a total thickness of 3.30 mm. The screw complies with ASME B1.13M, 6g thread specification and is passivated per ASTM A380. It remains captive in its retainer when disengaged and is intended for use with PR10 retainers or N10 receptacle nuts. It meets UL 60950 standards.
