PT800-AI is an addressable four channel analog input module with 3 discrete outputs. Communication adheres to industry standard RS-485 Modbus RTU protocol. DC power input is protected against reverse polarity. Modules are DIN Rail mounted and share a common bus when stacked together. Each module address is settable by means of easily accessible rotary switches.
The input accommodates wide DC input. Discrete open drain outputs are fully programmable and can be configured with high and low alarm levels exclusive tied to the input channels of the module. These discrete outputs makes this module a Fail safe stand alone unit without the presence of a system controller or PLC. Multi-channel design with alarm support and communication interface make this module extremely powerful and adds cost-efficiency with high density mounting for use in both control room and distributed I/O applications.
