The StrataFab® Insulation Billet is a prefabricated insulation product designed for industrial and commercial applications. It is constructed using a proprietary bonding adhesive to create a multi-layered stack of FOAMGLAS® ONE,Ñ¢ insulation block, allowing for a variety of shapes and sizes to meet specific insulation needs. This product is suitable for applications with temperature ranges from -100°F to 900°F (-73°C to 482°C), including low, medium, and high-temperature piping, as well as heat-transfer fluid piping and cyclical piping. Key features of the StrataFab® Insulation Billet include its resistance to thermal shock, non-absorbent nature, and impermeability to water and water vapor. It maintains dimensional stability and constant insulating efficiency, allowing for single-layer applications and direct application to hot surfaces. The billets can be easily cut with CNC machines, facilitating customization for various project requirements. The standard dimensions are 457 x 610 mm with a thickness of 24 inches and an approximate weight of 20.6 kg (45.4 lbs).
