Thermal expansion ratio is equivalent to Zerodur® for maximum thermal stability. —¦The Beamplitter coating is equivalent to our ultra broadband dielectric half mirror (PSMH). —¦Fused Silica is used for our beamsplitters. It is to minimize transmitted wavefront error(s).
