SNAP-AIPM analog input modules help you measure and control power usage in your facility. The SNAP-AIPM module simultaneously measures single-phase volts AC RMS and amps AC RMS and calculates true power and volt-amps. Leading or lagging power factor can then be calculated from true power and volt-amp values. When these modules are used as part of a SNAP PAC System running a PAC Control strategy, the strategy logic can automatically perform the calculations and respond to problems. SNAP-AIPM modules work with SNAP PAC brains and R-series controllers. They also work with legacy SNAP Ethernet-based brains.
