The CS7054 is a monolithic low-side PWM FET controller designed to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs for DC brush motor speed control and other loads such as solenoids. It is available in an SO-16L package, measuring 10.15 to 10.45 mm in length and 7.40 to 7.60 mm in width. The device features a 200 mA peak gate drive output, a 5.0 V ±3.0% linear regulator, overvoltage and overcurrent protection, and a sleep mode with current draw below 275 µA. It operates with a fixed-frequency PWM signal adjustable from 0% to 100% duty cycle and includes fault timeout and output inhibit functions. The part meets AEC-Q200 automotive qualification standards.
