This Valve Brush is horizontally aligned, featuring a drip tube and (2) 1/8” female NPT inlets. A pipe plug installed in one of the inlets can be removed to connect brushes in a series. An adjustable precision needle valve controls the flow rate; it has a friction lock to guard against loosening from vibration. The bristles are stainless steel (nylon is also vailable, part no. B1009-NF1BHW). The total height of the brush is 5 1/8” and total width is 3 1/2”.
A replacement brush that slides into the holder is readily available, part no. B579-3.
The bracket has (2) 9/32" X 5/8" slots for mounting.
