The IL721T-3 is a high temperature, 3.3/5V dual-channel, bi-directional isolated buffer. Channel configuration is the reverse of the IL712T. 110 Mbps, CMOS compatible with automatic level shifting, 10 ns propagation delay, 3 ns pulse width distortion, 2500 Vrms isolation and 20 kV/microsecond transient immunity. 8-pin SOIC package.
