Northrop Grumman Corporation Coded Spot Tracker (CST)

Description
The Coded Spot Tracker (CST) enables Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTAC) and Joint Fires Observers (JFO) to visually detect and confirm the targeted location of both airborne and ground-based laser designators during both day and night with minimal voice communication. The CST simultaneously tracks up to three (3) laser designator/marker spots and displays corresponding PRF codes. Its Long wave infrared (LWIR) imager offers better visibility through battlefield obscurants (smoke, brownouts, etc.) than mid-wave infrared (MWIR) imagers. The CST weighs less than two pounds. The CST has been operator tested by special operations and conventional forces at Avon Park, Fallon, White Sands Missile Range, Nellis AFB, USMC Base Twentynine Palms, and Camp LeJeune.
