Reznor® model REDB packaged cooling/dehumidifica
tion makeup air systems are available in the third generation of the Modular Air Processing System (MAPS® III). The Reznor Reheat Pump system, allows for independent control of dehumidification , even at extremely mild outdoor ambients. Model REDB also offers the additional feature of a dedicated Re-Heat Pump™ maintains dehumidification even when the demand for cooling is minimal. And, more importantly, it complies with ASHRAE Standard 90.1, Paragraph 3.3.
MAPS III packaged direct expansion rooftops are designed to cool and heat high outside air year-round for makeup air and ventilation applications. All of the MAPS III line of products use enviromentally friendly R-410A refrigerant for sustainable projects. These rooftop systems include the same approaches to outside air treatment found in field engineered or split systems, but do so in a high value product that is mass customizable. All MAPS III products feature the Reznor IQ digital controller to fully integrate all operation and external sensing into a standalone package or through native BacNet, into a building management system.
